The next time someone asks you for a recommendation, simply share your listing from our app and let users book their stay. We'll take care of all the commissions with our partner properties.   • Great question. Your earnings will be based on your network and followers, but don’t let that discourage you. We will also help you earn even more commissions based on our property marketing partnerships. The better your content about your stay with one our partnering properties, the more we will promote your experience. We reward hard work, so don’t hold back.

  • Most definitely! Not only will your friends book from your recommendations but after your first booking, we send everyone an invite promotion code to share with friends your can earn commissions right from the start.

Booking


  • First you need to download our app or join our beta group here. Once you have joined, simply use the search just like any other online travel agency to find a place to stay that fits your availability and lifestyle. We will send confirmation of your stay.

  • Once we have confirmed your stay you will see your bookings located within the app. If you need to cancel your reservation simply click on your booking your would like to cancel and we will handle it from here. We will send you a confirmation your reservation has been cancelled. Cancellation policies to apply, so please review them prior to cancelling.

  • We are actively adding properties everyday. There are two ways you can notify us about adding a property you would like to see.

    Add from App
    From within the app you can use the “+” symbol on your profile page and click at the bottom “Find your hotel”. Here it will walk you through how to add your recommended property to the platform.

Commissions


  • In order to earn commissions from places your recommend you first need to have a commission profile. This is the business side of things so we make sure we are paying the correct person. After you sign into the app just follow the steps to add a commission profile.

  • After someone has booked from your listings your commissions will enter into a pending status. The pending status is the allocated amount of commissions we have waiting to issue after we have confirmed their stay. We have some high tech stuff for our partnering properties on reconciling commissions, so we need to confirm the user who booked ended up staying at the property. Once their reservation is complete, we will release commissions within a week to your bank account.

  • If you did not receive a commission there could be multiple reasons. First the person who made the original reservation might have cancelled their reservation. If a user cancels their reservation we then remove the commission from your pending profile. If you still are missing a commission you will need to email us the details so we can research on our end what happened. Please email help @ jenie.com and we will get the process started.
