JENIE regularly tests and optimizes for the following accessible experiences:
Screen readers
- Desktop VoiceOver for macOS: Web testing with Safari browser
- JAWS with Microsoft Edge
- NVDA with Mozilla Firefox
User controls
- Keyboard-only commands
- Desktop Web with Windows
- Desktop Web with macOS
Blind and low vision users
- Adjustable font sizes: Web customizable font sizes are tested with Chrome for Desktop, and mobile on Safari for iOS

Known limitations:
User-uploaded images
- Experience images, profile photos, and other uploaded images may not have descriptions. JENIE attempts to provide the most reasonable defaults.
